That would be my guess, but for the open PTU for everybody. That gives them about 2 weeks for the Evocati, and then almost 2 weeks for the earlier PTU waves...but not enough time to fix all the bugs, hence why it will be an open PTU. In a hurry to go to prison? ha ha
