Minecraft is the first that comes to mind but not sure what you mean by 3D movement. Does jumping count as 3D? Then there is Terraria which is similar but given its a 2D world allowing movement only along the x and y axis it would be more in keeping with no 3D. ARK: Survival could be crafted...

Only way the owl goes back in the box is after he has consumed all of the beer in your fridge, your friends fridge, family members and often times stores and neighbors around you. So once all of the beer is consumed with in stumbling distance of your place of summoning then the Owl disappears.
