Thanks for your experience, I have used Quantum Drive without a destination before but could never find the button to abort, it just ran its full course... how do you shut down the Quantum after starting to make a shorter jump? I am very interested in learning how to pull this kind of stunt off...

I heard Spectrum has been programmed to log every time someone says "Wouldn't it be cool if..." so they can get game ideas for free without having to employ game-idea staff.
