The way I see it: As human players are going to be 10% of the Verse and NPC's 90%, if there is a ship like the Carrot or the 350R which has more owners than Lore strictly says there should be (one in every ten 300 series is a 350R) then they'll have fewer NPC's flying them to balance it all...

Mmmmm, self replicating ordinance... Only issue is if it is a ration of 2 to 1 you'd run out of bombs after a while. You'd need them to have twins, or not explode when making the first BOAB...?
