Some NPC's now carry weapons with this feature; it's somewhere in the 3.24 patch notes over the past month. I've not been looking and can't think of anyone who's claimed to have found one.

Hate to be the bearer of.. patch notes?.. but there are 17 ships which either equal (1425 m/s) or exceed the 350r. The Raven/Firebird falls just behind it at 1400, so this new one probably won't be faster.

I had my doubts, but this little ship kicks ass. It's not a high dps machine, more of a specialist tool. You can, almost always, find and recon the enemy before they know you are there. For smaller ships the 6 size 3 missiles are overkill. For medium ships (i.e. size 2 shields) a working tactic...

Racer would be cool, in that I could happily give it a pass. A version with a QD would be much more tempting.
