Penny Royal is correct. The Avenger Stalker is another good ship to look at and is a bit more solo friendly. The Cutlass can be flown solo, but is better with two.

Be aware, once 3.0 goes live, I expect the Cutlass series will get a price increase, but I can't tell you how much it will go up. It might be 5-10 Euro, it might be 50-100. Crystal ball is fuzzy at the moment.
