With regards to what happened to that EVE group, for the most part, I don't see that as being much of an issue with TEST or Star Citizen. #1 I don't see us sending real money or even UEC to each other, or not all my UEC, I would support a "tax" or "tithe" but we aren't a weirdo group demanding...
