I have always wanted to get down to the zone where hydrogen is mixing with oxygen so I could light a match. By all rights, this should turn Crusader into a ice giant. I'd hate to live with the crime stat for that though.

Interesting question. Speculation: If the other ship has it's shields and engines disabled, this should be possible. That justmeans bring some friends with enough firepower to help disable the shields and engines.

I wonder, what happens if you jump from a ship? Does it make any difference if you're wearing clothing or a mining suit? Does it make a difference if you're carrying Francis the Party Animal plushie with you?

You're touching on another issue I have with the way CIG is implementing these ships. Hopefully (but not probably) they'll work out how modularity will work in the next couple of years. They should have done this with a group of say 10 developers when the project was a lot smaller than it...

I got my description using Erkul, but I noted a discrepancy between Erkul and SCunpacked compared with CIG. I think these sources have something mixed up somehow- their descriptions of the Sentinel's basic role doesn't match CIG's.. So when you look at Erkul, you see Heavy Fighter, not...

I don't know where this went sideways, but I also thought it was supposed to be stealthy. However, the Sentinel is sold in a Wild Weasel role. That is not a stealth role. The idea is to attract radar and missel fire away from bombers, and to attack the threats to the bombers. Think F4...

Well I totally get it for sure. For what it's worth, I'm only trying to point out that Star Citizen was mentioned in the Kickstarter the same day that Sq42 was. The first video is of Chris talking about both. He says it's real game engine footage...but that's a lot of fidelity that we don't...

The prices of everything I've looked at seem to be rather inflated, but slowly coming back to earth. I'm going to wait for a few months before I actually buy anything., and just save some money to do the upgrades I need. Hopefully.
