    Piracy in 3.6.2

That would be kind of funny if someone found me and tried that. I'm usually flying a ship with a lot of missiles, and I'm not adverse to collisions. I discovered that a mining laser makes an incredible weapon a while ago too, and there's virtually no risk there because I don't lose anything...

    Piracy in 3.6.2

I don't think SC will be overly competitive, but there will be plenty of opportunity for a lot of game play style. I just think that in SC, any player who strays out of their comfort zone needs to be aware of, and accepting of the risks and rewards. At the same time, any player who doesn't...

    Piracy in 3.6.2

It was just a comment, not a criticism. I notice them too. But I also notice the "ever so brave" souls that hang out at the PO exit from Daymar. I used one of these fellas, who had fired two missiles at me at near point blank and missed... to work out how to use a Prospector mining laser to...

    Piracy in 3.6.2

I wish that wasn't such a broad brush stroke there, but I totally get where the sentiment comes from.

You know, I keep forgetting to do that when I'm moving slow, but I agree it works really well as a throttle governor. Also, (my opinion) you want to practice even vertical landings at ArcCorp, and not Lorvile until you have the hang of it. It's hangers are covered in visible no-fly zones so...

In real life, probably the Germans in WW 2. We had a lot of funny ideas being generated on both sides. Building a carrier out of ice and wood pulp was a British idea. You could make a very large carrier that way. There was even a successful prototype performed in Alberta Canada. Then they...

    A special skill you say?

Sounds almost useful. If you can belch morse code too, it would be better.

Discord bot isn't sending a dm

I don't think we use a bot. I think it's an actual mod, but they have to be online and looking or they miss you. Just try again later.

It's "fun", and honestly nobody in real life does horizontal landing or take offs in a hanger because it's unnecessary. They would take up more real estate than a vertical landing would need, and are prone to visibility issues, just like in SC. Go slow.

Oh I hear this! It is poorly designed but it's possible to learn. I recommend not having a cargo the first few times you try this, and you can't request a specific landing pad so your mileage may vary. If you can, try this with a Cutlass or Freelancer (with no cargo). The Cutlass has an...

    My Current Build

Marketing is a poor measure of CPU performance. The performance of a CPU is not relative to the number of cores the CPU has. That is dependant on factors outside of the AMD vs Intel processor argument.

The last one on that list is the Egyptian goddess of childbirth and beer, named Tenenet. I'm trying to think of the connection. Fu I mean child creation, beer yes. Child rearing, beer definitely. But child birth? Let me tell you the last thing on your mind is beer.

    A special skill you say?

I like to garden, it helps me relax and think about things. I haven't been able to do that much for the last year, and the yard shows it. There's one more thing...it's almost uncanny, and maybe not a skill exactly, but I have developed a technique that allows me to lose every second button on...

I'm not sure I like the idea of a sandworm eating my ship, but a trade terminal would be better in most caves than where I have to take a subway to get to them.
