    Most interesting locations?

I rather like the mission Clovus gives in Lorville where you need to find the crashed satellite and retrieve the datacard out of it. I'm bad at it and fail 4/5 times but it's a cool multi-faceted mission that's good for a change of pace that utilizes a 'different' location. Also the Jerico...

    Hurricane Ian

As always the biggest issue is internet outages, because then you're cut off from Test and forced to drink alone! :thump: I'm just aggravated at my goddamned mother in law who lives on the edge of a creek in Charleston and is flat out REFUSING to make the ~3hr drive to stay with us for the...

    It was meant to be...

BUT. . . I find the Phoenix makes a TREMENDOUSLY better use of space than the Andy, though the Andy has a much heftier supply of missiles. Still though, the cargo capacity is the same and the P72 is a better snub than the Merlin, so it's really only a tradeoff of missiles vs interior space, and...

So my opinion on these ships, just cause: - ANY Vanguard variant make for my favorite 'daily driver.' Can do basically anything solo, and can easily bring a friend too whenever wanted. No serious Citizen should be without one in their fleet. I still prefer the Sentinel as it flies the best...

    Best Stealth Transport

I hear ya, my OG exploration pack is in a similar state of unmeltableness. Only question remaining for it is whether the BMM or Cutlass eventually turns into the Polaris. . . We'll see what the next patches and sales bring! At least you still have some options to play with with that dragonfly!

    Best Stealth Transport

I don't think you need to worry too much about that; in general I find even currently medium-sized ships to be better than single seaters for most things. And even a half-assed NPC type thingy will open up larger ships a LOT. I think bigger ships will still be more FUN with other people, but...

    Ship Showdown 2952!

Woah woah, the Carrack is only boring with boring people. In fact, I recently found it very useful recently as the SOLE ship with a medbed that also has both a snub hangar AND cargo ramp for ground vehicles (890 lift is too damn slow), making those dangerous bunker missions MUCH more...

    Streamdeck Profiles

Since this has been bumped. . . is the stream deck a useful addition if you already have a HOTAS/HOSAS setup? I like the idea of configurable icons, though on the other hand I'm not sure I really need anymore buttons than the 90-some-odd already at my disposal. Can you do anything fancy like...

    Thinking of getting a Merchantman

My take on this, the BMM WAS good because of how much ship you got for the price. At it's current-day price though, equal to that of the Carrack, the value-sentiment isn't near what it used to be, and it is no longer a ship that I would necessarily strive to have in my fleet. I CURRENTLY have...

Ha, thanks, glad to know you got my back fellow Testie! :like:

    Fleet planning and CCU questions

Yep, roger that, typing faster than thinking, I indeed remember/know about the big CCU change fiasco, and THAT'S indeed why I've held on to all those CCUs. What I didn't realize though is that it apparently didn't/doesn't apply to standalone ships then, so still cool to have learned that...

    Fleet planning and CCU questions

Huh, well look at that! Must have mismanaged buyback tokens at some point in the past cause I could have SWORN I'd tried that before and it didn't work because it was WB, but no shit, you're right! I sure feel pretty stupid now; hat's off to you @vahadar, many thanks for this revelation!

    Fleet planning and CCU questions

Just to add a little bit: 1.) You absolutely CANNOT melt a referral reward, however you CAN still apply CCUs to them. I CCUed my LTI merlin into a Titan, mostly to prevent myself of continually melting/rebuying that Titan all the time (did that like 6x over). Worked great, now I have a...

Will Connies be getting further work?

I don't remember if I've heard anything one way or the other, so does anyone know if there's any currently 'planned' work on an/all of the Constellations? Not that I think any are in a 'bad' place, but I certainly feel that they're due for some sort of pass to bring them up to the more modern...

    Ship Showdown 2952!

You might still get to! Reasonable chance this ends up the final round, although I think Carrack v. C8X more likely, by no means guaranteed! This addition *could* possibly be enough for me to finally want to upgrade my Phoenix to a 600i, though I'm still holding out some hope that CIG will...

    Ship Showdown 2952!

I voted Scorpius too, but I have and love both ships. The Redeemer is a great ship, but sort of like the Carrack, it's not really a very good ship to fly solo. You really NEED 1-2 others on it with you in order to realize its awesomeness. Scorpius on the other hand, while certainly better with...

    Gallant Burstfire mode

That WOULD make sense in 'normal' conditions, if you didn't sometimes run into a bunker with 5 NPCs all on top/inside of each other, crammed into the 'space' of two people in a single elevator doorway. THAT'S when it's still nice to have full auto mode!

See Star Citizen's biggest ships with the new Fleetviewer

Yup, and this is the one that I found rather interesting, even though I always thought it wouldn't be feasible, maybe. . .

My prediction for the Ship Show Down

You know, I haven't flown the 315p in a LONG time. And while I'd never really consider it as a competitor to the Pisces, I've always enjoyed flying the 325a, and perhaps it's time I spent some aUEC to try toying around with the 315p again. Is it really *that* stealthy?
