Pretty much true. That's what the original Cutlass was supposed to be. A nimble fast fighter. Although it had a bit of interior room. I'm thinking they removed that so it wouldn't compete with the Cutlass now, otherwise almost everyone would melt it.

I do remember them saying it's basically a replacement for the Cutlass since it didn't turn out to be what people wanted. And they said it'd have a similar price point. I would definitely not melt an Aquila for this. The amount of gameplay you'll get from that Connie seems way more than this...

The part that got me was you can make a contract for someone to deliver something to you and then put on a mask and go kill/rob them on the road, thus making fulfillment of contract impossible and receiving the punitive reward from them too!
