This actually sounds really amazing. And if I hadn't backed SC would probably be my main MMO. However, I don't like that your character stays online and ages while you're away. True, it's only a certain price per 10-14 months, but with as little time as I log in, I'd be paying more per hour...

I just built my pc 2 years ago. And upgraded card to 980ti several months ago. It runs SC at 40-50 right now. And I don't plan on VR for a couple years, I want them to get the kinks worked out.

Ouch, man... I'd say SC drops in 2017, but gets more of a finished state like they're imagining in 2018.

I might hop in and check it out. Ark is kinda like Minecraft, but with dinos, so it'll probably win out. Not to mention I've been playing Minecraft since back in Alpha when all there was to do was punch trees, so I'm kinda worn out on the game after years.
