You can earn REC to rent by flying Vanduul Swarm in public matches, battle royal, racing, etc etc etc. Anything you rent you have for 7 days in game time. So 7 days of actual playing. Thanks for all the input gents. In the end I went with none of the above. Mostly because I have way too many games I haven't even touched. I'll probably hit the shit out of Destiny for a bit, get caught up before the next major DLC drop in September. Then maybe look at finishing up Fallout 4.
