    The Tally

Yet a Hammerhead at 2500 meters was unable to hit a Prospector and that was said to be "working as intended."

The weapon spread makes the fire ineffective at that range.

The torps cross the engagement zone, regardless of where you launch them from, in 3 seconds. Fire more than 1.

    The Tally

98,000 isn't a temperature, but a standard unit to measure for cooling. For example Joules, or milijoules. So, no, that doesn't mean a ship would melt. Shutting down systems presumes there is no threat in an ideal scenario. Ideal scenarios don't exist. Size 9 torps are guided weapons with a...

    The Tally

There is Stealth in game already on multiple ships. That does not mean it is "Void Armor." That also doesn't mean it can be removed from one ship and put on another, especially since ships have different shapes. If you remember that you could choose different armor types on ships other than...

    The Tally

I never said prove anything. Void Armor is pecular to the Hornet CS for civilian use. There is no Civilian version of the Retaliator, it is straight military surplus. There is no stealth version of the military Hornet. That is what we know about void armor. What we don't know about things is...

    The Tally

The Tali is not, nor has it ever been intended to be stealthy. If you want stealth and Size 9 Torps, that is the Eclipse. Blades would allow pilot control for turrets and that would be manned or unmanned turrets (In theory). There are only two turrets which are forward facing (Top and Chin)...

    Zeus CL coming in 4.0

I'm still on the fence with regard to the Zeus MR being an upgrade to the Cutlass Blue. The Blue is supposed to be faster and more agile, but gives up the EMP in the process. I have most of a CCU chain in place but not applied.

Which will be your home system?

High security system means less bounties. Hence the reason for a satellite base. But the bulk of the fleet is safe.

Which will be your home system?

My example was Terra, with a Satellite Base at Hurston.

Armchair analysts, cast your eyes upon Pitchfork

In Babylon 5 jump gats and larger ships, open a portal to hyperspace. In Star Citizen, jump points are natural Einstein-Rosen Bridges. The only science fiction that combines the two, that I know of, is the Honor Harrington series by David Weber and Star Trek beginning with DS9. Each has...

Armchair analysts, cast your eyes upon Pitchfork

They have said that jump point sizes were going to be refactored as to what fits where. The Pyro-Stanton link is only supposed to be medium, but they keep sending capital and sub-capital ships through.

Armchair analysts, cast your eyes upon Pitchfork

Well there are two possibilities. We could attack at Nul in order to save the "Great Centauri Republic." We could, as Kosh advised, "they are a dying race, we should let them pass." "Pitch Fork" implies a multipronged attack. Likely Nul, Oberon and Vanguard

Which will be your home system?

I'll probably park the ships in a high security system then use the Liberator to move our Hawks to a satellite base where there are plenty of choices for Bounties. For example, Terra and Hurston.
  19. Richard Bong

Which will be your home system?

It depends on how things progress. I have a Liberator specifically to make moving our base of operations easier. Since we've only seen one, incomplete, system it seems a bit premature to decide.
