    Vangaurd BUKs

BUK's have not been abandoned. The nomenclature has been changed and it is no longer a one click install but they very much still exist and are waiting on tech to implement.

Star Citizen Mercury Star Runner Giveaway

I didn't mean to imply the images shown were the new MSR, except for the holotable view in the video. I have an MSR in a scoundrel pack. I also have a Connie. The MSR isn't going to replace my Connie.:) I am not certain the MSR is going to stay because it isn't going to replace my Connie.

Star Citizen Mercury Star Runner Giveaway

One advantage of the chunkier Mercury they showed during Fleet Week was it looked like the top turret had a better field of fire.

The tech to do it is not in game yet. It is a component in component issue, primarily.

Titan Armor Information & Discussion/Theory - Titans Are Coming!

That would make the knees non-functional. :) (Or at least a major weak point.)

    WTB a BUK

I am planning for it being the hull is the hull and the armor is an integral part, just in case. (Which is why I am carrying a Warden to Harby CCU as of this anniversary sale, which I can melt.) Having said that. From the Q&A page...

    Craft Beer(s)

That is properly pronounced "too-KILL-ya." Though I do like a proper Margarita, and it isn't a Long Island, in spite what the bars in most of the country, not on the island itself, will tell you without tookillya. :) .

    WTB a BUK

The armor, or lack thereof, is supposed to be part of the BUK but we won't know for sure until they get to that point.

    WTB a BUK

Which is from long before the Vanguard rework. I can't find the video at the moment. I will update if/when I do find it. They didn't say there would be a Hoplite module, but they implied it was now possible. In View: https://youtu.be/kF7GF4W12JE they talk about how the hull was unified between...

She's been sober for 6 months...

Am I in the wrong place? To solve the "sober for six months" problem, just arrive at the bar before last call. The obvious order is "one bourbon, one scotch and one beer." View: https://youtu.be/sDf0IwXoOmY

SOLVED Digital Bounty Hunter or cheapest LTI game package

My best starter package in buy back is only 60 months. Sorry I can't help. Of course you can do what I did until I bought the Scroundel Pack, turn it into a Dragonfly and put any LTI ship that makes sense into the account.

    2020 AnniVERSEary Sale...THIS YEAR!

After losing another cargo load today, I give up on large cargo running. 600i explorer it is. And I'll put my stealth Scout/Org Anti-Cap Ship raider back into the fleet. This should be me after the sale. (And that Mercury better be awesome.) LOL.

https://testsquadron.com/threads/fleet-repository.15451/ and https://testsquadron.com/threads/test-fleet-inventory-link-in-first-post.10301/ but I doubt either is current, accurate or comprehensive.

    2020 AnniVERSEary Sale...THIS YEAR!

I'm trying to decide between getting a Hercules C2 plus a 600i Explorer or getting a Carrack.

Need some hanger advice - a "fighter" ship

It shows intent. We won't know the extent of the intent until the ship is flyable, and some of systems that are supposed to be there are in game.

Need some hanger advice - a "fighter" ship

From the Ares Inferno ship page, first line: "Whether heading up a crew or hunting big ships solo, the Ares Inferno is a force to be reckoned with. This ballistic Gatling-equipped variant tears through gunship armor and turns smaller fighters to dust in seconds." Seems while the primary target...

Need some hanger advice - a "fighter" ship

It has a few kinks in it, like most times the marker is in the middle of a bunch of big rocks. LOL.

Need some hanger advice - a "fighter" ship

The problem is when they spawn, and where quantum dumps you. With my Vanguard, I tend to do a high speed pass on the marker, and pick them up just fine at 5+ when I turn around. :)

Need some hanger advice - a "fighter" ship

The Q&A talks about being effective at 8+ KM. If you start at that range you get more than one shot before your target even gets in range, especially if you don't oblige by closing the gap yourself. The current problem is most of the time Quantum drops you out at about 2KM from your target.

Need some hanger advice - a "fighter" ship

I suspect much will depend on starting range. The single Size 5 on a Vanguard and especially the 4 size 4 on a Connie are extremely effective above 4000 meters. Most small and medium fighters go pop before they can get in range.
