5070 is a bit faster than a 3080 ti and uses les power. I guess it depends if you want to side grade or upgrade. If you want a bigger upgrade you'll need a 4080super /5080/4090/5090 so your talking $$$

The 300 is a lovely ship I used to fly my loaner 325 quite a lot. Fast nimble ok guns and lovely interior and nice cargo ramp.
