    6 weeks in the military and 8 kilos lighter i spent three days out in the cold weather -2 to 10 degrees Celsius on patrol but it didn't rain so i guess i was lucky there. I can feel that I’m a lot stronger and running doesn’t make me want to kill myself :D Let the questions flow
