If they were to make something like a Delta Throttle, that would be fucking tops! Space ships shouldn't use the same throttle design as airplanes that have completely different physics behind them.

Not to say there shouldn't be a minimum grace period before someone can acquire ships, but the problem with that safeguarding against any other corps is that they can just choose to wait X number days into the time they are allowed ships to do it instead of right away. At best its a minor...

I work at a Microsoft office, many people use 10 now (dogfood the shit out of that) and I have heard pretty much nothing but good things. For everything from usability, to performance, to support for games. I would recommend making the switch when/if you can.
