You wouldn't quite be able to do that tight of a orbit with a moving target, the faster the target the faster you'll have to travel on one side of the orbit. You should still be able to mess them up though.

Monster truck racing is where it's at. Only way it could be better is if they had some guys in the back with some M2 Brownings and flamethrowers mounted and chasing death row convicts in smart cars and priuses.
