just for reference 2 t-shirts cost me an extra £18.32 in fee's payable for import to the UK last week, and Royal Mail holds your package hostage until you pay it. Then again I'm not sure if that's better or worse than FedEx who just send you an invoice a few days after delivery....

That changed a bit ago and for the newer items now for the $20 sub you get 2 different variants of the same thing and you can't just gift one of them (as far as I am aware) for example last month was Sniper rifle , you got Pathfinder and Voyager versions.
