I'd say to keep bothering them until they let you if you haven't used the refund system much before, but who knows; you might be able to be included on the lawsuit group when it comes about. I'm sure that eventually they'll realize giving a refund to most but not some will be not in their best...

I didn't do anything more than submit a request, took about 2 hours for the confirmation to come in. Had 97 minutes of playtime in total and think the option I selected was the one along the lines of not liking it.

Welcome to TEST!! The game does crash for me as well from time to time, even when I launch it. Framerate is also horrendous, but eventually I have a good connection or run. Keep trying!

97 minutes I'll never get back, but at least I'll have my $60 back
