I check the router, the firmware is up to date.... I restarted it.. it is a year old...sagemcom fast5566 3000... when I log it goes on the same screen... I don’t know if it change some thing, in the task manager the launcher have 3...- BluePilote

Guys and girls... I did every thing you said... more, I change pc during the new year vacation and i still can download... Many people have the same issue, i check the issue council and no solution.
