Swimming isn't really a new thing. They're just now getting around to it because of Sq42. Its the possibilities surrounding what swimming opens up that is new.

From freefall I kick engines back on at 30K, make sure everything is powered up and still going full speed. When I get to 20K from target I let off the engines a bit so the afterburner speed drops down to about 600-700. From there at 10K out I drop it to 300 or so before about 2K and normal SCM...

Always turn engines back on at 30K up for the connie size ships and below. Larger ships need 50K.

I think after Sq42 is out the door and we're playing it the PU is going to take a quantum leap forward in content progress.
