As far as i can tell, the only thing you'll lose out on by waiting for the concept sale proper is the flight suit. The skin should still be there.

I'd go with the regular starfarer over the gemini, since with the fuel scoop you likely wouldn't need to buy fuel at all. If you're in dangerous space, though, the gemini would indeed be more useful, except the prospector would be very vulnerable. The vulcan at least has some armour, even if...

Having actually played, i can tell you that it's bloody amazing. There's a ton of cool stuff, like your clothes get damaged/dirty and that affects your conversations, and combat is very different depending on what armour you and the enemies are wearing. Plus, the game just looks awesome. I...
