This is, of course, my plan as well. I've asked in a couple different places as to the feasibility of an NPC-run ship, but the responses were all basically "We have no idea yet; ask us when we're not busy doing other things". Ideally, of course, we'll be able to have NPC crews do milk runs for...

For pretty much all of these, we'll have to wait and see. If passenger shipping is a viable industry (:fingers_crossed:), then the 890 could end up being a big moneymaker. But, we don't really have any idea whether or not it's going to work. As far as sharing of profit goes, I've heard rumors...

We hope, anyways. :) Depending on how they implement outposts, though, you could make a lot of money with those, and having a pioneer makes it a lot cheaper to build one. If you're planning on multiple outposts, you'd probably want to have your own pioneer. You'd get even more money, however...

Necromancy? Ah, well. The crucible is not really an industry ship. Technically, it is, (the 'repair' industry, as it were) but it's difficult to scale up, since the only way to do that would be to buy another one. As far as salvage goes, it is supposed to have 'limited salvage capabilities' but...

I'd buy it if they called it the Magpie.
