Pretty much true. That's what the original Cutlass was supposed to be. A nimble fast fighter. Although it had a bit of interior room. I'm thinking they removed that so it wouldn't compete with the Cutlass now, otherwise almost everyone would melt it.

I do remember them saying it's basically a replacement for the Cutlass since it didn't turn out to be what people wanted. And they said it'd have a similar price point. I would definitely not melt an Aquila for this. The amount of gameplay you'll get from that Connie seems way more than this...

So I just read the whole thing and WOW, that was something. My favorite part was the guy who said TEST was 7/10 posts in the thread.I counted and we were 19/134 and a lot of those were after he said that. So unless we lost a bunch of members in the past few days...
