i beleive hull C already had an increase recently. Alien ships do not have big increases either because there is a low demand for them. the reasons i pointed out those older ships is scope changes size changes etc. usually with ships like those they bump in price by hundreds and spikes like...

I may have missed something but it was scheduled for Q2 of 2023. They also had images of it in jumpoint recently and teased it during IAE. I would not be surprised if they want to be sneaky and throw it out when no one is expecting it like they did the carrack.
