    Inspiron 1548 crashes after screen size change

    I brought my screen back up to 1920X1080, added the AMD control center and had it select star citizen. If you use the AMD you have to point it to the game because it auto selects the launcher not the game! The frame jump is much lower and it is playable now, so not I just need to tweak it!
