That's not a bad idea to be honest, at least in terms of having an idea how many of our members are going with the Search and Rescue / Hospital Medic so we can co-ordinate from small operations to big fleet battles.

Hmm, there are a few of us staying in the city itself. In my opinion it makes more sense for us all to meet around the airport, rather than make those staying in the airport hotel come to the city THEN go back to the airport for the CitizenCon event =P

Also the only person I haven't heard back from yet who put themselves down as confirmed is Sol Invictus. So if anyone can try get in contact with him I need his final confirmation asap.

Having said that I honestly don't mind, was up to me to try fill all 10 spaces so I don't wanna say its required to pay the extra bit. Every little bit helps though. And hopefully we get a 10th person in any case.

Nah it had no interior, its just a place holder like the other ships on the map (I assume). You could get right up to it though and the npcs down there.
