Well, most smuggling ships would probably have the capability to mask cargo or disrupt sensors, and most ships will apparently have the capability to jam transmissions. Obviously, the jamming strength and radius depends on the size of the ship, the size of the broadcast array, etc.

Yes, some people's mics are very low volume on my end, and since I can't adjust it, I can't hear what they're saying. The separate tabs thing isn't that big of a deal for me, but it's slightly nicer to look at in TS.

I don't see why there would be any sort of stacking in SC. Signal relaying between ships for a larger AOE, maybe. But as you said, there's no reason for EWAR to stack.

Just to clarify, I meant that I don't like the idea of another ship entirely dedicated to EWAR/info like the Herald. I'd love to see EWAR capability in ships like the prowler or some future scout ship.

Besides another Herald, what types of other ships do you think could be incorporated into this niche?

The only thing that would make this better is if beer was involved in making a giant explosion.
