Yeah you have to be smart, and thanks to a massive multi-million dollar history on Paypal, and following their rules, scammers trying to pull that crap off with me, get tosses aside. Its not uncommon for me to every month face a guy who tries to even do a charge back using their credit card...

This is so odd, because I send like $50,000 in stuff every month, and depending on the shipping, they either get taxed a lot with imaginary high values or its slips completely by. Usually using private companies and using faster, overnight shipping, avoid customs completely.
