The font you are using - Kremlin - works better if you use caps. It's retains the crylic vibe but is still readable.

I think it would become confusing if every squad ended up looking like the main TEST logo. The true nature of a logo is that it imprints a silhouette in your mind and can be identified in a quick glance.

Well I've got nothing else to provide unless you give designer feedback. Thats like saying: "This beer tastes wrong" You need to say why its wrong. Is it dry? Too sweet? etc. Can't expect someone to provide you the best logo they can if you don't tell people what you're looking for roughly ;)
