I never saw my fuel gauge go up after 15 minutes of straight flying in my Cutlass Black so I'm not so sure it has a fuel scoop. Well anyway I don't find that we have enough fuel in ships, I do one mission and have to go Cryastro but maybe that's just my Cutlass Black and lack of experience...

I have a GTX 1080 already and a 1080p monitor so I'm putting off 4k as long as possible. It's like £300 for a decent monitor and other upgrades to avoid bottlenecking but I'd like to think my GTX 1080 would handle 4k but it would be a push running SC on max. I'll wait.

I was thinking about this before and maybe NPCs will be less efficient and I'd like to think you choose them like a company would interview their employees, so you'd have a CV and decide which one is right for you and the better choices obviously demand more money. Who knows how this will play...
