The current game is simply not an accurate representation. Running it on ultra now is now is not the same as ultra in the full PU. Being an MMO player, it's shocking how much MMO's develop over time. If you're running it at max settings with a moderately priced computer the year it comes out...

Definite no on the waiting ques. There will be no such thing at all, you shouldn't even notice load times. In terms of splitting up, that is probable. We just don't know though. Have to wait and see.
