Ever heard of the stealth bombing runs in EVE online? Stuff like that and more. Basically a stealth op is just a variations on "hit-and-run", using different weapons/ships on different targets. For attacking larger ships you could equip a Gladiator with torpedoes and heavy missiles or bombs...
