I totally share your idea of "not spending more money" (even though I did recently again due to bikes etc.) , but I'd like to bring to your attention that you could use real cash only to purchase back LTI token, and use creds from melting ships to upgrade those tokens to whatever you need , thus...

It is relatively easy - I recommend to combine both . When you see rare to "extremely rare" ship first time - it would be good idea to buy it using real money to get LTI (and melt right away) ... for others - you already have time proven strategy of upgrades to cheap LTI tokens

I really like to calculate different sums of something, but this one seem to be difficult to use ( still in the future, when we need to know amount of available auroras at "that" X,Y,Z coordinates and for "that amount of time of that day" will be quite useful )

there are multiple ( including ipads :) ) .. but with gsm and everything - you need to do homework to ensure you are going to have connectivity
