he can CCU.... like i bought a starfarer gemini from a guy who bought it for the original price. but if i chose to CCU from it, i get the current value to CCU from, which is 340, and i believe the original was 240 or 250 dollars... :D so should the BMM rise in price, he get's free CCU value.

what jackavalon says. Get the bmm if you got a good price for it. It will most likely get to a higher price next time it comes on sale, so alone that way you can get a leg up on CCU to a bigger ships should something better catch your fancy.
