Managed it this afternoon.. only just though... , Super hornet with a stock loadout. Teammates were a Sabre, a wildfire and a mustang that died almost immediately. It's no easy task with the TTK now and aside from good teammates they need to have tough ships with good loadout. Happy to team up...

2016 couldnt resist claiming another celebrity. getting a little worried about the Queen now too.

I intend to spend for the first time in 18 months thanks to 2.6, so maybe biased but I say hit.

2.6 is improved enough that I feel able to open my wallet for this project again. So hello Super Hornet. Also now wondering if a CCU from the Gemini I have no fun with to a Carrack that sounds fun in the future may be a good call.

On the upshot, having now tried 2.6 - alrteady, for me at least, Lumberjack seems to have made a huge difference. Much smoother in single player (still a lagfest in multi, but no EU servers yet I believe) and load times are hugely better. I actually feel able to spend money on this project again.

That loadout is sexy.... I just gave Pirate Swarm a try.. teammates dead by round 2, I lasted til round 4. Long way to go!
