I make the text as big as I could without reworking the background of the emote if that is not enough i can do an overhaul of the whole emote. Shouldn't be too hard.

The weird black outlines on the existing division emotes were bugging me and were messing with the coloration so i removed it. I also removed the ring around so the icon itself can be seen easier.
