Hi there and welcome to the best collection of the worst pilots in the universe! 1.) Unfortunately a GTX960M is pretty slow for SC, Im running on 2 R9-270X's (each card roughly twice as fast as a 960) and I only get 20 or so frames. That said, try Eiyron's custom "low" setup here ...
