    Are you sure it was your ship? After a few beers they all start to look alike to me... Made that mistake at a party once involving my wife's sister... Gave her a swat on the rear... Thought it was my wife. I swear.... Years later and I still hear about that one now and then.. lol

    One of my favorite ways to prepare a salmon fillet is to wrap it in parchment paper... Place real butter.... Salt... Chives.. and a couple lemon slices on top of the fillet before you wrap it up. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 Fahrenheit until it flakes with a fork... Enjoy.

    For commercial sale... beef is generally wet aged. However for his personal consumption my brother will hang / dry age his beef for 21 days. Question is... How should we cook it? Any suggestions?
