I hate to suggest you throw more money at this game, but using a head-tracking peripheral such as TrackIR or possibly even FaceTrackNoIR will link to your gimbals, effective making it to where your head aims your guns. MUCH easier. and Don't forget about the "Target Focus" - 'L' key to zoom in...
