I think you missed the point. There is a special kind of glory found in those that can somehow have an entire pack chase them frantically across the entire map, only to lead the entire horde right into the marine spawn area, ending the match.

I ended up melting my 325 and avenger, then snagging an LX>300i upgrade and a cutlass, and I regret nothing. I'm gonna melt the cutlass once the avenger becomes playable, and decide if I like the avenger or the 300i more, and then pick one and the cutlass as my starting ships.

Connies are neat, but they aren't really my style. I'm more inclined to run a larger ship, or a smaller, gunship-style craft.
