I still think they made it a bit too fat... I have a warden, but considering a harbringer upgrade. I love making things go boom, so the torpedoes appeal to me. I just wish it still had guns on the turret! I'm also not sure how much slower it is than the warden. There is that.

It was a very short time that "killing granny to save the economy" went from joke to policy position. Also I've lost quite a bit on put options so I am made of salt. But it is yet to be seen whether people will actually go out and restart the economy or stay hunkered down for the most part...

Honestly, I think one of the biggest things missing is any kind of voice prompt. Like in freelancer, someone would talk to you, even as a disembodied head in the corner of your hud. I miss being called freelancer 1-1.

I'd be happy with a prettier freelancer/cutlass alternative, or a new long-range fighter. Because the freelancer rear landing gear annoys me, and I just always imagine the shell casings on my MIS getting sucked into the engines. Also the Vanguard is fat. There. I said it.

I have very similar specs on my gaming laptop. Starting areas can be laggy, but once you get outside of those, it's just fine.

My Carrack has escorts. My standalone is a Vanguard Warden. I'm all about the long range shenanigans.
