i'm at 1440p and watching it. the new flagships handle 4k ok but you are paying a premium for it.

coil whine is just annoying...fan problems are a huge red flag. sadly there is no was to control psu fan on the software side. the best clue would be does it instantly start doing it when the game goes or does it take some time before it starts in?

uhhh the rig looks fine. if anything i would suggest upgrading drivers lol. also in the past AMD has been weak on 4 slot memory. their memory controllers have been bad :( try taking out two sticks and leaving two in the main slots and see what happens. also do a full clean of you computer with...
