Whaaaat? You can make a whole pack LTI by upgrading one ship in it with a (very particular, old) CCU? Man, this game.

I wish you every success finding one, but those are pretty rarely up for sale, aren't they? I'd imagine anyone with any CCU granting LTI is likely to want to keep it, and it would likely be the last thing someone would sell to raise funds in an emergency. But still, hope you find one.

The Phoenix Emerald is a bit of a poor deal, unless you also definitely want a Cyclone MT and don't mind, the 6 month insurance. For me that 6m ins is a big turn-off. I have a 'Standalone Ship - Constellation Phoenix - IAE'. I can't remember if it was labelled as warbond when I bought it, and...
