I don't have access to values for 3.14, and I don't spend much time looking at this so may be getting the wrong end of the stick, but if anything it looks like stealth in the Sentinel is getting worse between 3.17.4 and 3.18, assuming erkul.games is correct (presumably not a safe assumption...- Raven_King

A linguistic question to my English speaking friends
The main meaning of both words is a role someone performs to interpret the rules and make judgments about a situation based on those rules. Referee is a much more commonly-used word than arbiter. I would associate a referee most strongly with sport. He's the one with a whistle, looking for...- Raven_King
