I think you can CCU the individual ships in the War Pack, so technically you can have all those upgraded ships with LTI, that comes with the package. Although it will cost you much more for upgrading all of them.

I'd get the Orion, because she's a big girl, and I don't plan to race much in the PU. The racers are sexy, but I could probably buy them in game with money I make from the Orion. And the LTI is always a bonus.
