Isnt it a bit like not being able to mount while in combat in WoW. Get far enough with cruise to quantum leap, then quickly setup a jump Just being able to QL whenever would be a stupid system imo

Its very good, I dont have a high end stick to compare it to but its very responsive. I use lightcurves.xml from http://imperialnews.network/2015/06/lis-recommended-control-setups-bindings-sensitivity-curves/ and im stuck to targets like glue. So far no trouble with buttons either, the pinky...

I bought the gladiator one, should arrive tomorrow. Planning to use it as main stick with T16000m as left stick. Will let you know how it is :)
