Not much. I mean last night a few of us were flown out to Santa Monica for a private dinner with CR and the developers. We talked shop and got to play around in the AC 2.0.... but other than that.... (In reality: Nothing much)

As stated above.. Concierge is backlogged like regular tickets and you should see a response within a few days and a resoilution within a week. When not back-logged... I got tickets answered within the same day. It was creepy fast.
